I love WordPress. In my mind, it has that perfect balance between being easy to use and being powerful for developers. 

Over the years I’ve developed my own techniques for the sites we build at Select Performers. One of my bugbears is clean and uncluttered code and the same goes to the design. One issue with WordPress is that it is just so easy to add lots and lots of plugins that end up clogging up the code and design.
