Facebook take note- A Google+ page can have its own login

I’ve been setting up a Facebook page for a client, and they were dismayed to hear that anyone wishing to manage the page needed a Facebook profile. Complete madness, especially when Facebook don’t even allow you to create a separate profile with a shared log in. OK, I know you can set up a page with Facebok for business but that has huge drawbacks.
So, I was very glad to hear that Google allow you to access a Google+ page via a separate login. That’s great news for businesses.

Something I never knew, and it’s hard to find. You can create a login specifically for your Google+ page.
I found out while trying to upload videos directly to my YouTube business page channel (thanks to TechSmith support) . Select a pages channel->YouTube settings->Advanced->change or add password.
p.s. In this process I also learnt that you can have multiple YouTube channels for your one profile, each assigned to different pages.
