A question for Google geeks out there… Now that Google have released their “Project Bable” to the public as the Hangouts app, what is going to happen to the stand alone Google+ messenger app on mobile devices? Is that going to be completely replaced by Hangouts?
Also, does anyone know how Google are going to tackle the multiple account problem? Many of us have multiple Google accounts- for example one for business, one for personal, one as a Google apps account and more. I have around 5 Google accounts. It’s a complete mess especially now that Google effectively force you to have a Google+ profile on each account which ends up being very confusing. I’d like to link all of them together under one Google+ profile and ideally have that as a Google Apps account.
Any thoughts? I’d love to know what Mark Traphagen , Mark Schaefer and Punit Soni think.
