Can any PC and TV geeks help?
We haven’t owned a TV for nearly 10 years and we don’t miss it. We watch everything on the BBC iPlayer, Netflix, YouTube and DVDs.
I want to build a media centre using Windows 7 or 8 and XMBC.
Two questions…
1) Does the media centre PC have to have a TV card?
2) I want to get a screen. I love the look of Samsung TVs, but they all seem to have TV tuners in. We don’t want live TV and we don’t want to end up having to pay the UK TV license fee. Are there any TVs without tuners?
