Did HootSuite kill the best app for large brands?
My two articles on why you SHOULD and SHOULD NOT use HootSuite were covered today in a post from 12mass
An interesting article with an agenda, but I was interested by the write disagreeing with my feeling that HootSuite was best for:
– Medium to large businesses
– for managing customer service on twitter
I’m not sure I’ve ever thought HootSuite is hands down the best SMMT for these points, but I’d tend to recommend it to those types of businesses. However, since writing the article, there are many other SMMTs that have matured and can work in those sectors.
So, what do you think? What is your recommendation for the best SMMT?
