It’s so easy to lose your focus in your business, and that has been a constant problem for me. At the start of this year, I put together a plan and I’ve tried to keep to this throughout the year. I have to admit it has been really difficult and I have failed many times. But without a plan you are bound to get lost and end up wondering around. This is where my friend Lisa Chilvers can give some great advice.
I’ve known Lisa for quite some time now. She runs a business solutions company Athena Business Solutions. We’ve met up a few times to share ideas and pick each others’ brains. She is passionate about business, but more importantly about the people behind business. As she says in the podcast, business is far more than just numbers and spreadsheets.
