Do you like taking control?
One of my goals this year is to get better at delegation. The problem is I like to do everything myself. Do you resonate with that?
Although you may well be a control freak and think the only way to do it properly is to do it yourself, you’re not going to be fulfilling your own potential.
Maybe you can join me in trying to start to delegate some tasks this year. You could delegate it to a friend, a family member, a work colleague or maybe a virtual assistant.
