Great G+ Tip for Sharing Circles
Google+ doesn’t have the ability of sharing your circles with your followers. That’s a shame as it would be useful to share your “photographer” or “Google” circle with others.
Although not officially supported, Darin Ferraro has come up with a cool way round it. It involves using the data liberation feature (i.e. exporting your data). You can then share your contacts as .vcf files. Read the original post for more info…

Probably not so obvious but you can share your circles with someone else by going to G+ settings, data liberation and exporting your contacts. Download the zip file and open it, you’ll have all of your circles contacts within different .VCF files. Simple share the .VCF files with who you want.
To bring in a contact file just goto Circles and click on Find People, Import Address Book.. select the .VCF file. You will have those contacts in a selection list with a small icon next to each one. Simply create a new circle and drag them in.
–> Keep in mind more details about your contacts other than their email and name will be shared if you have such information in your contact list.
