Have you planned your business strategy for 2014 yet? Got any tips?
I have booked an afternoon this week to focus on this. I want to go somewhere different and spend some time without my phone or computer. I want a clear head! Where would be a good place?
So far I have come up with the following key words for my plan….
1. PLAN planning has never been my strong point, but without one I will be setting myself up to fail.
2. FOCUS everything that I do on business has to be done for the right reasons. I want to grow my business, and this needs to be my focus. It is so easy to get distracted!
3. DELEGATE Being a control freak has it’s advantages, but sometimes I will need to let go – especially when my time can be freed up to do more business critical stuff and someone can do it quicker than me.
4. FAMILY FIRST No one on their death bed has ever said that they wished they had spent more time in the office…
How should I go about formulating my plan and strategy for this year? I would love to hear your tips and experience with this!
