How do you organise your Google+ Circles?

My circles are in a total mess. Since I signed up to Google+ back in July 2011, they’ve been evolving over time, but I think it is time for a big spring clean. I’m going to be taking some ideas from the Flow method by martin shervington (he knows his stuff), but also some of my own. I’ll also be keeping my drafts, Trello and Evernote circles so I can share posts with those tools. 

How do you organise your circles? Would love to see some examples!
