I worked out how to submit my podcast to iTunes and got it accepted just last week.

I worked out how to submit my podcast to iTunes and got it accepted just last week.

I read the feed is only checked every 24 hours. However mine has not been updated since I created my 2nd episode well over 24 hours ago.

Is there no way to get iTunes to check more often? As my podcast is a tech news one, I was hoping it would be available yesterday as it is current and time sensitive.

Any ideas or thoughts on this one? I am very new to podcasting.
