Investigate and report profile abuse in 10 seconds.
Install the Search By Image Chrome extension (hat tip Matt Cutts) https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/dajedkncpodkggklbegccjpmnglmnflm#
Once installed, right click on the image and search Google with that image. Check out the results.
In the case of Google Profiles, you can use the Report Abuse link at the bottom left of the profile.
