iTunes not updating to show my latest podcast.

I’m still a bit of a noob podcaster and uploaded my 9th show earlier today. I’m starting to get paranoid because iTunes is not showing the latest show despite the feed showing it and everything being ok as far as I can tell.

This is the feed I am using for iTunes-

The feed was updated over 4 hours ago. iTunes normally shows it within the hour. Should I wait or is something wrong?
