Making a paneer jalfrezi curry. Sound good? Any tips?
OK, I am cheating and using a jar, but I am in a bit of a rush. And, actually, as curry sauces go, Geeta’s are pretty good.
I love paneer – an Indian cheese you can use in currys. I am going to use onion, garlic and mixed peppers together with fresh coriander.
Sound good? Any tips? How do you like your curry.
It is certainly not going to be as hot as martin shervington’s phall curry, but hopefully it will be full of flavour!
