Really interesting. Meerkat only came up on my radar a few days ago. Not sure how I missed it as I’m usually good at hearing about new stuff. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be able to sign up for the time being since it is iOS only. That’s a big issue, because it’s going to cut out a lot of potential users who don’t have an iOS device. I know you say there is an unofficial Android read only app, which I suppose is something, but when you click on a stream Meerkat understandably make no mention of this unofficial app. I do own an iPad so once I manage to grab it from the kids I’ll download the app and set up my username.
