I still have a soft spot for Durham. I went to University there. The music department is located right next door to the cathedral and I have many happy memories of singing in the cathedral. Amazing acoustics!
It is also where I proposed to my then girlfriend who is now my wife. Need to have another visit as it has been over 10 years since that day.
