I’ve written many times before about the “best” Social Media Management tools. The truth is there really is no “best” because it depends on many things. For example:
– What social networks you’re wanting to manage
– What your marketing budget is
– How much control you feel you need
– Do you want reporting and/or social analytics
– Do you want the ability of cross posting?
– Are you predominantly looking at marketing to other businesses (B2B) or consumers (B2C) or both?
– Do you have a team of people that will be managing your social media strategy?
– Do you really want to have all this functionality in one tool, or could you cope with several tools?
