The Elizabeth Tower aka “Big Ben” in London
When I was in London a few weeks back, I couldn’t resist taking a few snaps of the usual landmarks. I particularly wanted to get some piccies of the Houses of Parliament because that was where our latest client’s website was being unveiled (well, over the road at Portcullus House). Most people call this tower “Big Ben”, but that is actually the name of the biggest bell (you know the one that goes dong every hour!). It was called St. Stephen’s Tower until a few years back, but it was renamed the Elizabeth Tower after the Queen.
